Thanks for these 10 attitudes that matter. Regarding #10, I like to keep in mind that if my solution is not natural for users, then I have a responsibility to meet them where they are. The only way I can do that is through empathy. I must show users that I respect what is natural for them, so that they will be willing to hear my approach. I have to think like they do in order to make resistance less likely. When I do that, it's not unusual for those same users to improve on my approach. Thanks for a good read David.
